Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through www.1rm.ae, operated by ONE R M EQUIPMENT SPORTS TRADING AND CONSULTANCY L.L.C – S.P.C, a company duly licensed in the United Arab Emirates.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently provide shipping services within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) only. Shipping to other countries is not offered unless expressly agreed in writing.
2. Order Processing
- Orders for products with visible prices are processed upon payment confirmation.
- Products offered on a quotation basis are processed only after written quotation approval and advance payment, where applicable.
3. Delivery Method
- Delivery within the UAE is handled by our specialized logistics team.
- Deliveries to Saudi Arabia are fulfilled through authorized cross-border logistics partners.

7. Quotation-Based Products
Products offered on a quotation basis are supplied subject to availability from the respective brand factories. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared upon order confirmation but remain subject to factory production and shipment schedules.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure accurate delivery information, accessibility at the delivery location, and availability to receive the shipment. Delays caused by incorrect details or restricted access may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
9. Inspection & Reporting
Customers are required to inspect products upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
10. Legal Compliance & Limitations
Delivery schedules may be affected by public holidays, force majeure events, regulatory requirements, or customs procedures. This policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, applicable Saudi regulations, and relevant GCC consumer protection frameworks.
