This Delivery & Installation Policy applies to all orders placed through www.1rm.ae, 1 Rep Max Fitness, operated by One R M Equipment Sports Trading and Consultancy L.L.C S.P.C, operating in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The Policy ensures safe, timely delivery and proper installation of products within UAE and KSA, in accordance with applicable laws and consumer protection regulations.

1. Delivery Coverage

Our delivery services are limited to:

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)
  • Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA)

Delivery to other countries may only be available upon request.

2. Order Processing

  • Orders for products with listed prices are processed immediately after payment confirmation.
  • Quotation-based products are processed once quotation approval and any required advance payment are completed.

3. Delivery Method & Timeline

Delivery is handled by our specialized logistics team in the UAE and authorized cross-border logistics partners in KSA.

5. Installation Services

  • Major fitness and sports equipment requires professional installation.
  • Installation is included for select products; extra charges may apply for specialized equipment, which will be specified at the time of order.
  • Installation services are performed by our trained installation team and partners.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure delivery area is accessible, secure, and free of obstacles.
  • Coordinate any structural modifications required before the scheduled installation.
  • Provide accurate contact information to facilitate scheduling and delivery.

7. Inspection & Acceptance

  • Customers must inspect all products during delivery and installation.
  • We recommend reporting any missing items, damage, or delivery issues within 48 hours for faster assistance.

8. Warranty Coverage During Delivery & Installation

  • Warranty only covers manufacturing defects and does not apply to damages caused by misuse or improper installation.
  • Installation-related issues caused by unauthorized modifications or customer handling are not covered.

9. Remote Areas & Special Conditions

  • For remote or hard-to-reach locations, additional delivery or technician travel charges may apply.
  • Lead times may be extended due to distance, logistics constraints, or unforeseen events.
  • Costs, if applicable, will be communicated prior to scheduling.

10. Legal Compliance & Limitations

  • Deliveries are subject to UAE and KSA regulations, customs requirements, and public holidays.
  • Delivery timelines may be affected by logistics, customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
